Our bed sides rails and foot board is 21 inches(53cm) same as pictures and mattress goes in and look same as pictures. All headboards are in 60 inches hight. If you want your headboard small, you will have to mention it in the order. We use over own courier service which is very helpful and they do the bed assembly with some extra charges and I have my own video link for the bed assembly if you want to assemble the bed yourself.
